Gluten-Free Cinnamon Raisin Oat Muffins
I am a big fan of oatmeal. Especially when it's combined with cinnamon and raisins. But, let's face it, sometimes there isn't enough time in the morning to make and eat a big bowl of oats. Here is when these muffins come into play. They are quick, easy, and mix up in a few minutes. The few extra minutes you take to make these muffins will be WELL WORTH IT!! They’re so soft and fluffy, it’s like biting into a cinnamony cloud.
These muffins are made with oats, sweet raisins, and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, so it’s like a cinnamon roll meets an oatmeal raisin cookie…but in muffin form. It’s the perfect franken-muffin! The kids love these too because of how much they taste like a dessert! So whip up a batch and have the perfect grab-and-go breakfast for the week!

I've been making chocolate chip muffins for as long as I can remember. They were always a family favorite. When I went gluten-free I knew I would have to come up with a chocolate chip muffin that was gluten-free, but didn't taste gluten-free. After trial and error, along came these muffins. I like them so much that they became my base recipe for creating my other muffin flavors. These muffins are deliciously sweet and bursting with chocolate chips -- enough to get a bunch in every single bite. I bet these will become a family favorite in your home as well.
Gluten-free Pumpkin Cream Cheese Crumb Muffins
Every year when september rolls around, pumpkin spice starts to make its appearance. I can't say I mind. Pumpkin spice is one of my favorites! - muffins, cakes, bread - pretty much anything is fair game. The combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and allspice is just so warm and comforting. It really symbolizes the coming of cooler temperatures and the autumn season.
These pumpkin cream cheese crumb muffins are the perfect way to celebrate the season. They're moist, delicious, filled with a sweetened cream cheese center, and topped with brown sugar crumbs. So, grab your steaming hot coffee and treat yourself to one of these perfectly delicious muffins on a cool fall morning.
Gluten-free Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Pumpkin and chocolate are a great combination. It may sound strange, but they go together perfectly. These muffins are certainly a treat. Pumpkin muffins are delicious on their own, but when you add chocolate - oooo, that takes them to a different level of decadent. Every bite gives you chocolate chips...who can say "no" to that?
All of those warm, classic fall spices like cinnamon and nutmeg mixed together with the dark sweetness of the chocolate gives you the ultimate breakfast treat. Not too shabby as an afternoon snack either. Plain and simple - these pumpkin chocolate chip muffins are a must-try!
Gluten-free Strawberry Muffins
I love strawberries. My whole family loves strawberries. We all love to eat them whether they are baked into a strawberry pie, strawberry crumb bars, strawberry bread, strawberry tart, strawberry muffins, strawberry trifle...you get the idea. They are in my home pretty much all year long. These muffins are a perfect addition to your morning and a great way to welcome summer. The batter is cream cheese based, which gives them a wonderful flavor and texture. Dicing the strawberries assures you get some juicy strawberries in each and every bite. The small amount of strawberry extract gives them just a little extra goodness. So, go ahead and give these a try!
Gluten-free Chocolate Raspberry Muffins
Chocolate and raspberry together form a delectable partnership. These chocolate raspberry muffins are a perfect example of how these two ingredients are meant to be together. The muffin batter is made with cocoa powder AND melted chocolate. The cocoa gives a punch of flavor while the melted chocolate adds a fudgier texture. Plus, there are chocolate chips floating around in the muffins with the raspberries. Chocolate and raspberry overload! These muffins could stand on their own and be perfectly delicious, but the chocolate lover in me decided to add those extra chocolate chips as well.
The sweet, juicy, fresh raspberries just take these muffins to a higher level of deliciousness. You get the perfect blend of flavors in every bite. Treat yourself to these scrumptious chocolate raspberry muffins -- you deserve it!
Gluten-free/Vegan Healthy Breakfast Cookies
Breakfast cookies are a great way to start the day. They're like a bowl of oatmeal in a cookie form! These breakfast cookies are the first thing I created when I went gluten-free. I wanted something in the morning that wasn't overly sweet and would fill me up until lunch time. So, I got to work and after some trial and error I came up with these.
These breakfast cookies are soft, moist, not too sweet, and made with lots of healthy ingredients like peanut butter, oats, ground flax, applesauce, raisins, and chocolate chips. Added bonus - they stay fresh for days; no dried up, crumbly cookies here. I've come up with lots of variations sp there's something for everyone. What I have so far is original, walnut, chocolate chip, lemon blueberry, and banana nut. The possibilities are endless! You can stick with my combos or create your own with your favorite oatmeal add-ins.

Gluten-free Bagels
This bagel recipe is a total game-changer. You’ll get that glorious, golden-brown crust, the chewy center, and the satisfaction of knowing that it’s completely gluten-free (and made in your own kitchen, which is a win all on its own). Ready to make some bagels that could actually rival your local bakery? Let’s dive in!
If you’ve got celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or just prefer to avoid gluten, you know it’s not always easy to find options that taste as good as they sound. Bagels, in particular, can be tricky since they require that perfect balance of chewiness, density, and fluff. But gluten-free flours don’t always cooperate in the way we need them to.
The good news is that it’s totally possible to create the perfect gluten-free bagel at home, without any weird, rubbery textures or disappointing results. Plus, making them from scratch means you can experiment with flavors (hello, everything bagel seasoning!) and ensure everything is fresh and tasty. So, let’s get started!
