These red velvet muffins are definitely a treat. They are moist, fluffy, and packed with flavor. Who can resist a red velvet muffin with hints of cocoa and vanilla while also being packed with white chocolate chips? They have a unique flavor that's all their own. Perfect for Christmas morning, Valentine's Day, or any day you please. Simply put - you have to try them. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Anything red velvet and white chocolate flavored is a win in my book - the slight notes of cocoa paired with the sweet, creamy white chocolate chips in these muffins is not only a classic, but a LOVED classic. I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t like red velvet, but if you come across someone, bake up a batch of these muffins and they will be sure to convert!!

Let the baking begin!

TIPS AND TRICKS:

- Always preheat your oven.

- A large cookie scoop is perfect to divide up the batter.

- When you mix up the flour, brown sugar, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, be sure to break up any lumps.

- All refrigerated ingredients should be room temperature unless stated otherwise.

- Toss the white chocolate chips in with your dry mixture. This prevents them from sinking while baking.

- Stir in the red food coloring SLOWLY so it doesn't splash everywhere. I cannot stress this enough.

- Cool the muffins completely before packing them up to store.
