These sweet potato brownies are one of the fudgiest desserts you will ever eat. Now, I know that you’re thinking that these probably taste weird because there are potatoes in them. I can promise you that is NOT true! The sweet potatoes only bring a textural element to these babies that is unmatched. The flavor of the brownies is dangerously close to Cosmic Brownies (according to my daughter) which is apparently some seriously high praise, lol. I’ll take it!!
These treats are extremely addictive - my husband kept sneaking pieces while I was out running errands. Once I got back he said that we weren’t allowed have them in the house again because he’ll gain 10 pounds. So, as you can tell, these brownies are raved for in my family and I’m sure they’ll have the same effect on yours. These are a perfect holiday staple because of how easy they are as well.
