These little cookies are one of the best you’ll ever have. A slightly crispy exterior with a soft, chewy center give these cookies the texture and taste of a delectable brownie. There’s never a bad time to have a perfectly moist and chewy chocolate cookie that’s LOADED with one of the best candies of all time!!
While these cookies are SUPER DELICIOUS, they’re also insanely easy to make. There’s no refrigeration time after mixing up the dough, so you can indulge on them as quickly as possible - no waiting!! These cookies are especially yummy while warm…the gooey chocolate and the soft M&Ms create an addictive experience that will leave you coming back for another.
Gluten-Free Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich Cookies
These adorable little peanut butter and jelly sandwich cookies are absolutely perfect. A soft vanilla and chocolate cookie filled with sweetened peanut butter and raspberry jelly - They’re easily one of the cutest and delicious cookies you will ever make! These cookies would be ADORABLE addition to your child’s lunchbox for the first day of school and even more adorable as a teacher gift at the end of the year. I can’t think of one person that would dislike these little sandwiches, especially since they are sliced into triangles just like the real thing, but pack an addictive flavor and texture.
Now, the directions of these cookies may look daunting, but I promise the process is pretty easy. All you have to do is make our easy cookie doughs, shape the lighter one into a long loaf, wrap the chocolate dough around, refrigerate, slice, and bake! I just broke it down for you so it’s detailed and guarantee you for success! These cookies do require some patients while the dough chills, but after chilling you get to bake, fill, and enjoy them!! They are WELL WORTH the wait!!
Gluten-Free Classic Thanksgiving Stuffing
No more missing out on the best part of Thanksgiving dinner!!! With this gluten-free stuffing, you’ll be able to enjoy EVERY part of Thanksgiving dinner this year without feeling bummed. It tastes even better than the regular one! Stuffing is undoubtedly the best part of the holiday. Everyone in my family always goes for the crunchy top layer…there have certainly been fights over who gets it 😂. Is this how it goes for everyone else too or is it just my family? I feel like it’s just so delicious that it’s impossible to resist! Ever since we’ve come up with the recipe for stuffing, it’s been replacing the normal one because it’s so dang good. It’s made in a baking dish rather than being stuffed into the turkey, which I find way easier and much quicker. By making it in a pan you’re able to make it the day before and then throw it in the oven to heat back up when it’s time to eat. This saves precious time and energy on the big holiday!
Gluten-Free Pumpkin Cream Cheese Swirl Bread
This pumpkin cream cheese bread is the Fall recipe of your dreams! The classic warm and cozy spices in the pumpkin bread paired with the tanginess and sweetness of the cream cheese swirl pair perfectly to create a loaf that is truly special. There’s nothing more comforting than the fragrance of nutmeg, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice wafting through your kitchen on a cold morning. The only thing that could elevate this pumpkin bread even further is if you paired it with a hot coffee and indulged while watching an episode of Gilmore Girls. You’ll feel like you’re dining right inside of Luke’s Cafe!!
This loaf looks super impressive, but is extremely easy to make! There’s hardly any skill involved. As long as you can scoop batter into a pan you’ll be just fine baking this up. There’s not even any swirling involved - as the bread bakes, the cream cheese will sink slightly, making the beautiful swirl in the center. It really is as simple as that…it can’t get any easier!!
Gluten-Free Jumbo chocolate Banana Swirl Muffins
These jumbo muffins are the best breakfast treat - not too sweet, but packed full of fresh banana flavor and luscious chocolaty swirl. The tiny drizzle of chocolate on top adds the perfect minimal sweetness that makes these muffins all the more addictive. I love having a jumbo muffin every once in a while because it makes me feel like I’m indulging on a fresh muffin straight from a bakery! The best part about these muffins is that they taste even BETTER than a bakery.
Gluten-Free Cookie Dough Bars
Who doesn’t love cookie dough? What’s not to love? A brown sugary cookie dough lightly flavored with vanilla and dotted with chocolate chips…pure perfection! These bars make it possible for everyone to easily enjoy a chunk of cookie dough without the need for scooping everyone a serving. They’re super easy because you prepare them a day or two in advance, keep them in the fridge, slice them up, and set them out on your dessert table! It couldn’t be easier!
These cookie dough bars are one of our most popular recipes by both family members and followers. They’re so incredibly simple, but pack a punch of chocolaty cookie dough flavor! Sometimes, the simplest things are the most delicious. That is definitely the case here. These bars are PERFECT for literally any occasion; a birthday, a holiday, or just a simple Friday night. The chocolate shortbread cookie bottom is sooo simple, the cookie dough layer is even easier, and the chocolate on the top is the easiest part! So, this recipe is extremely beginner-friendly and can even be a fun after school dessert to make with the kiddos - Like I said before, these bars are perfect for any occasion!!
Gluten-Free Gooey Pecan Pie Bars
These pecan pie bars are EXTREMELY addictive! The caramely sugar filling paired with the crunchy pecans and the buttery shortbread bottom make these bars the ultimate Fall craving. This recipe doesn’t require many ingredients, but creates an unforgettable end product - people will think you bought these at a local bakery! You could make the presentation even more impressive (and yummy) by slightly warming up a slice and finishing it off with a hefty scoop of vanilla ice cream 😍
Pecan pie bars are the perfect Thanksgiving dessert table addition for many reasons:
1. They’re incredibly easy to make, so even during one of the busiest holiday prep days during the year you can whip out a batch of these in no time.
2. They only require a few ingredients that you probably have sitting around the house.
3. No electric mixer needed! - just some good ol’ elbow grease will do the trick.
4. The bars are easily transportable and you can pre-slice them for a crowd.
I definitely can come up with a few more reasons as to why these pecan pie bars are absolute perfection, but I’ll spare you the time. So, grab your ingredients and get started!
Gluten-Free Fudgy Sweet Potato Brownies
These sweet potato brownies are one of the fudgiest desserts you will ever eat. Now, I know that you’re thinking that these probably taste weird because there are potatoes in them. I can promise you that is NOT true! The sweet potatoes only bring a textural element to these babies that is unmatched. The flavor of the brownies is dangerously close to Cosmic Brownies (according to my daughter) which is apparently some seriously high praise, lol. I’ll take it!!
These treats are extremely addictive - my husband kept sneaking pieces while I was out running errands. Once I got back he said that we weren’t allowed have them in the house again because he’ll gain 10 pounds. So, as you can tell, these brownies are raved for in my family and I’m sure they’ll have the same effect on yours. These are a perfect holiday staple because of how easy they are as well. They’re great for brownie sundaes for a birthday party or just simply cut into bite size pieces for a cookie tray - the possibilities are endless!!
Gluten-Free Chocolate Sugar Cookie Bars
These gluten-free chocolate sugar cookie bars are the perfect chocolaty alternative to classic vanilla sugar cookie bars. They’re almost like cross between a chocolate brownie and a chocolate cake! - They have the rich chocolate flavor of a brownie, but less heavy and dense. In fact, these sugar cookie bars are so light that you could accidentally scarf down 2-3 pieces without even realizing it. They really are THAT good!!
Since we’re all about creating easy and simple recipes, we have made sure that these chocolate sugar cookie bars are beginner friendly. No strange mixing methods, no odd pans, and no expensive ingredients. You probably have everything you need in your pantry right now! So, grab all of your supplies and get moving - the sooner you make these cookie bars the happier you will be!! 🍫
Gluten-Free Butter Pecan Cupcakes
Butter pecan ice cream is (in my opinion) one of the best ice cream flavors! I love getting the chunks of pecans laced throughout the buttery ice cream base…so satisfying. So, we decided to create a cupcake inspired by this iconic ice cream flavor. These cupcakes have a brown butter cupcake base that has pecan pieces scattered within all while being topped with a seriously yummy brown butter marshmallow buttercream that’s as light as a cloud!
I have never seen/tasted a butter pecan cupcake before that actually tastes like buttery nutty goodness. It’s always a very lightly extract-flavored cupcake base that just tastes like vanilla. We wanted to avoid any sort of confusion with these cupcakes regarding the flavor and made sure that you will taste butter pecan in each and every bite, through and through! To achieve this punch of flavor though, you will have to put in a tiny bit of effort, but it is 100% worth it.
Gluten-Free Iconic Matilda Chocolate Cake
To whoever is reading this, I can PROMISE you that this will be the absolute best chocolate cake you will ever have in your entire life. No other cake can compare to this one. This cake is so unbelievably moist and light, but rich in serious chocolate flavor from both the cake and the buttercream, you’ll be addicted from the moment you take the first bite. The buttercream is sooooo silky and surprisingly not heavy at all despite the delectable flavor!
I am a sucker for double chocolate cake - especially this one. It’s just one of those craving itches that’s really hard to scratch unless you have it then and there. Whenever I see the chocolate cake in the movie Matilda I get that itch! It just looks so moist, fudgy, chocolaty, and delicious (despite looking rather gross while it’s all over Bruce’s face 😂). This is one of those cakes that you can take one slice, realize you can eat another, take another slice, eat it, and go back for a few more forkfuls of cake straight from the whole cake!! It’s truly irresistible 😍
Gluten-Free Banana Cupcakes
You will never have a banana cupcake as fluffy, light, and moist as this! When taking a bite, it literally feels like you’re eating air! This can sometimes be a problem because it makes them super easy to eat - I could accidentally eat a few of these without thinking 😂 Not only are the cupcakes themselves super light, but the cinnamon marshmallow buttercream is sooooo dreamy and comforting - it’s a small taste of Fall that you can get at any time of the year. We also sprinkled some chopped walnuts on top to give a lovely crunch and nuttiness that adds to the essence of Fall in these cupcakes.
I feel like it’s inevitable to have a bunch of ripening bananas laying around the house. We’ll go through kicks of buying enough bananas for the week and then only eating 1-2 of them because we forget that they’re there. They get way to brown to even consider eating normally, so the next best thing to use them for is this Gluten-Free Banana Cupcake recipe! What I love about this recipe is that it only makes 1 dozen cupcakes and not some obscene amount that you can’t store anywhere. It makes the perfect amount for you, your family, and your friends!
