Gluten-Free Iconic Matilda Chocolate Cake

To whoever is reading this, I can PROMISE you that this will be the absolute best chocolate cake you will ever have in your entire life. No other cake can compare to this one. This cake is so unbelievably moist and light, but rich in serious chocolate flavor from both the cake and the buttercream, you’ll be addicted from the moment you take the first bite. The buttercream is sooooo silky and surprisingly not heavy at all despite the delectable flavor!

I am a sucker for double chocolate cake - especially this one. It’s just one of those craving itches that’s really hard to scratch unless you have it then and there. Whenever I see the chocolate cake in the movie Matilda I get that itch! It just looks so moist, fudgy, chocolaty, and delicious (despite looking rather gross while it’s all over Bruce’s face 😂).
