Gluten-Free Double Chocolate Brownies

I love brownies…you love brownies…EVERYONE LOVES BROWNIES!! You wouldn’t be here if you didn’t! Well, I can confidently say that these gluten-free brownie are the best brownies that will ever grace your kitchen. They’re soooo thick, fudgy, and chocolaty, you can’t get enough of them! Not only are there milk chocolate chips laced through the batter, but there are also semi-sweet chocolate chips MELTED into the batter along with some Hershey’s cocoa powder, making these the ultimate chocolate-lover’s dessert or snack.

We’ve crafted these brownies to deliver you the perfect bite. They can be served room temperature, warm, cold, or even frozen! They don’t turn rock hard in the freezer, so storing them is a breeze. If a week later you’re craving one of these bad boys, you can just pop one out of the freezer and start snacking! Now, I can tell you that the ability to eat them frozen was intentional, but I would be lying 😂. That discovery was made when I was too impatient to let it thaw on the counter for a torturous 15 minutes before digging in, but hey, who can blame me? Now, why don’t you grab all of the ingredients and get yourself a little bit closer to heaven in a pan!

Gluten-free Buckeye Brownies

Nothing else makes more sense than chocolate and peanut butter when paired together. The nutty, slightly savory flavor of the peanut butter melds with the smooth, rich chocolate and creates something magical. These gluten-free buckeye brownies are, simply, one of the best brownies you’ll ever eat in your life. They’re moist, ruch, fudgy, nutty, have a slight crunch from chocolate chips, and have a silky smooth finish with the two layers of decadence on top!

I’m not much of a candy eater, but I do like a good Reese’s Cup. Do you like Reese’s Cups? If you do, you’re going to LOVE these brownies. They taste like an amplified version of the classic candy. If you want an even more intense chocolate-peanut butter punch, top the brownies with chopped up Reese’s Cups…TO-DIE-FOR! 😍🍫🥜

Gluten-free Cappuccino Brownies

These brownies are soooooo rich, fudgy, and dreamy! The thin layer of ganache on top gives them an extra element of fudginess that nobody can say "no" to. A tiny hint of cinnamon adds to that warm coffee flavor and makes it taste like you're actually drinking your favorite fancy coffee. I was adamant about having a dusting of cocoa powder on the very top, not only for the looks, but for the very slight bitterness to even further mimic the coffee flavor. So yummy.

Gluten-free Mississippi Mudslide

Mississippi mudslide is one of those desserts that you can't stop eating. It is just so good - chocolate, walnuts, coconut, marshmallow, and even more chocolate! How you could go wrong? This recipe has been in our family since I was a teenager. My mom used to make it when my friends came over and everyone loved it. If you love chocolate and marshmallow then you must try this gluten-free mississippi mudslide. The bottom layer is a light brownie-like cake stuffed with coconut and walnuts. Then comes the layer of sweet, stretchy marshmallow fluff. Last, but not least is the smooth, creamy, delicious chocolate icing. The perfect topping for this mudslide.

Once you cut a slice into this mudslide you will see why it has it's name. After a few minutes the marshmallow fluff layer along with the chocolate icing starts to ooze, drip, and slide around. An ooey-gooey mudslide of chocolate goodness! It's one of those things that you can't resist going in for another bite...and then another...you know what I mean. This mudslide is a great dessert when you need to throw something together quickly. Treat yourself to a slice of this gluten-free mississippi mudslide this weekend. I promise you'll love it and so will everyone else.
