Sugar cookie bars could be one of the most perfect desserts. They're quick and easy to make, wonderfully sweet and creamy, and covered in colorful sprinkles. I mean who doesn't love sprinkles?
These frosted sugar cookie bars are made with cream cheese AND butter which makes them taste fabulous and keeps them super moist, soft, and chewy. These bars are the perfect easy dessert for any holiday, birthday, or cookout because of how customizable the topping is. You could do green icing with Christmas sprinkles, blue icing with July 4th sprinkles...the possibilities are endless!

TIPS AND TRICKS:
- Always preheat your oven.
- All refrigerated ingredients should be room temperature.
- You could color the icing any color you want as well as use whatever sprinkles you want. You are not confined to pink icing and rainbow sprinkles! Have fun π
- I cut this bar into 16 squares, but you could cut it as small or large as you want.
- Once the bar is cooled you can easily lift it out of the pan because it's lined entirely with parchment paper. This makes it easy to cut up.
