It's chocolate cupcake time! I don't know about you, but chocolate cupcakes with chocolate icing are one of my favorite treats. They are so easy to make and they bake in less than 20 minutes. All you need to do is whisk together the dry ingredients, whisk together the wet ingredients, then whisk it all together! So simple. They are great for parties, cookouts, holidays, and bake sales because they are just so yummy.

TIPS AND TRICKS:
- Always preheat your oven.
- All refrigerated ingredients should be room temperature.
- If you do not have buttermilk just add 1 Tablespoon of vinegar to a 1-cup measuring cup and the fill the rest up with milk to equal 1 cup. Let sit for 3-5 minutes before using.
- A large cookie scoop is the perfect tool for dividing the batter up! I use a 2 oz. scoop.
